Cancelation

Once you have entered your order and it has not been proceeded, you can cancel your order for any reason related to your written request to Chefstyle Home Edition.

If you have already pay for your order by credit card, the refund is made directly to these accounts. If you pay your order in a different way, the refund is made by bank account credit that will be indicated by you with IBAN number on your written request. In case of remittance costs, they are incurred by you. In any case, the refund is carried out within 15 calendar days of your written request.

 

Returns

Chefstyle Home Edition accept returned products purchased from the website after your relevant written request to the following conditions:

• Your refund request received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.
• The products in their original packaging without being violated and not used.
• The products are accompanied by the relevant sales document (eg sales receipt).

If you pay your order by credit card the refund for the products returns directly to these accounts. If you pay your order in a different way, the refund is made by bank account credit that will be indicated with IBAN number on your written request. In case of remittance costs, they are incurred by you. In any case, the refund is carried out within 15 calendar days of receipt of the products back to the address above. 

Returns in advertising gifts or products on offers, are not accepted.

If the products do not meet the above requirements will be returned to the sender with the same charge.

 

Replacements

Where receive proven product broken or defective, Chefstyle Home Edition will replace it without your own expense, if you submit written request within 15 calendar days of receipt.
In this case, Chefstyle Home Edition will undertake to receive and return the product. Then, if the problem is confirmed, Chefstyle Home Edition replaces the product free of charge, within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the problem. 

Returns of defective products that does not engage Chefstyle Home Edition are not accepted, and if not found problem in the product being returned, you are charged the cost of return.
In very rare cases due to the lack or removal of the product cannot be replaced, they will be refunded according to the terms applicable to refunds.

 

Guarantee

After 30 calendar days of receipt, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of goods shipped.

For products that come with manufacturer's warranty, you are entitled to return products posing a problem for the time set by the warranty. In this case you are charged with the cost of returning and reshipping, but not the cost of repair or replacement. Refunds or changes with different products, defective products are not accepted after 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
